The access and/or use of the Website confers the condition of User and implies acceptance of these Terms and the rest of the legal texts (Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy). If the User does not agree with these Terms, he/she must immediately leave the Website and refrain from using it.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Website for purposes that are detrimental to the property or interests of Signalit or third parties or that overload, damage or render useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment or products of ACROSS LEGAL or third parties.

The User undertakes to use the Website and all its content in accordance with the provisions of the law, morality, public order and these Terms, not using them to carry out illicit or criminal activities that infringe the rights of third parties and/or violate any rules of the applicable legal system.

5. Do not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for that purpose.

6. Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in such a way as to mislead the recipients of the information.

The User undertakes to hold Signalit harmless against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that it may be obliged to bear as a consequence of breach by the User of any of the aforementioned rules of use, and Signalit also reserves the right to request the corresponding compensation for damages.

The Website may contain links to other websites in order to complement the services offered to the user. Signalit is not the owner of these websites, so it is not responsible for their contents or for any damages that the use of them may cause to the User.

If the User of the Website accesses such web pages and the services they offer, Signalit will remain outside any kind of relationship that could be established between the user and the owners of such websites or any third parties related to them.

Any use of the Content for which Signalit has not expressly authorized, whether directly or indirectly for profit or not, including the downloading, storage, transmission, public disclosure, distribution, reproduction or transformation, in whole or in part, of such content is expressly prohibited, so Signalit may exercise all judicial and extrajudicial actions it deems appropriate to any breach of its rights.

Signalit has made every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, Signalit makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy and currency of the contents of the Website. Signalit is not liable for any errors or omissions in the contents of the Website and reserves the right to change such contents at any time without notice.

The relationship between Signalit and the User is governed by these Terms and/or by other general conditions or specific agreements between both parties. The contents of the Website do not prevail over such Terms and Users may not condition the commercial policy that Signalit decides to adopt at any given time.

Signalit is not liable for any errors or failures in the operation of the Website, whether intrinsic or due to the characteristics and limitations of the Internet. The User assumes any risk arising from the use of the Internet, including the possible transmission of computer viruses. Signalit does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the services of the Website and shall not be liable for any damages that may result from the interruption of services. In particular, Signalit will not be liable in circumstances of force majeure such as fires, strikes and power outages or any other unforeseeable or unavoidable events.

In any case, Signalit shall only be liable for damages that were foreseen or could have been foreseen at the time of the use of the Website by the User, and that are a direct and necessary consequence of the infringement by gross negligence of substantial contractual obligations.

The fact that the Website describes or presents certain services does not imply a commitment by Signalit that such services will be available to the User.

In case the User does not wish to receive any more commercial communications, he/she may withdraw his/her consent through the form provided in the commercial communications or, if applicable, by sending an e-mail to legal@onum.com.

Signalit reserves the right to modify this Terms at any time. Changes or updates to the Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and/or Cookies Policy will be explicitly notified to the User through a notice on the Website. The access and use of the Website after the Terms have been updated implies the acceptance of the new Terms.
