Scalability, durability & security with Microsoft Azure Storage integration
Onum is fast becoming a go-to for data analysis, while Microsoft Azure Storage is one of the best solutions for modern data storage needs.
It was thus only a matter of time before we paired up to offer even more scalable, durable and secure solutions for your data.
Azure Storage is Microsoft's solution to vast amounts of unstructured data.
Send your data to these storage containers using the Onum Azure Storage data sink.
At the drop of a data sink in a Pipeline, Onum provides immediate access to data you have stored or archived externally. If your organization relies on cloud infrastructure and services, we know you'll find this paramount to performance.
By integrating with Azure Storage, your organization leverages the advantages of Azure to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the security and availability of data, all while being able to scale and innovate rapidly.
Let's see the values needed to configure the data sink in order to make this happen.
Where to find the credentials
To retrieve the necessary credentials to enter into the Azure Storage data sink, follow these steps:
-
In the storage account menu, click on "Access keys" under the "Security + networking" section.
-
You will see two access keys (key1 and key2) and their connection strings. These keys provide full access to the storage account.
-
Copy the connection string or the key value that you need for your application.
Your container is now ready to use.
You can use these credentials in your sink to interact with the container and store or retrieve data as needed. This sink allows you to access, monitor, and control data stored in Microsoft Azure for real-time analysis.
