If the User wants to request a demo of the Platform, Signalit will process the name and surname, email address and phone number of the interested party.

Signalit will process the personal data during the term of the demo, and, once the demo period is terminated, the data will be blocked for the necessary period to comply with Signalit’ s legal obligations. At the end of this term, the data will be definitively deleted.
Candidate Data. If the Candidate wishes to apply for a position, Signalit will process the name, surname, email, CV, academic and professional data, as well as recruitment data.

Recruitment and selection: Evaluate and communicate with job applicants.
Personal data will be retained for one year, in compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation.
Commercial Communications. If the interested party wishes to receive commercial communications, Signalit will process the name, surname and the email.

Signalit may also process personal data for which the User is responsible as Data Controller, (i.e. Signalit acting as Data Processor).
Signalit shall be the data processor of the Personal Data of the Users collected and processed through the Platform, including the information regarding Users statics concerning usage of the Platform.
When providing Personal Data, Signalit shall be considered a data processor acting on behalf of the Client. In this respect, Signalit shall comply with the obligations set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
