By this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("RGPD") and Article 11 of Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de Diciembre, de Proteccion de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales ("LOPDGDD"), Signalit informs users who access and use of the Website (“Users”), of the processing of those personal data that may be collected through this and processed by Signalit.

The data processed are Name, Surname, Email, phone number, and content of the request.

To attend and respond to requests, comments, suggestions. As well as providing support to the User during the use of the Website. 

The personal data will be processed by Signalit during the period of time necessary to answer the question and/or solve the incident indicated by the User. This data will be blocked in order to comply with Signalit’ s legal obligations, and, at the end of this term, it will be definitively deleted. 

Data to request the Demo.

If the User wants to request a demo of the Platform, Signalit will process the name and surname, email address and phone number of the interested party. 

Data necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship.

This data will be processed by Signalit in order to contact with the User and to give access to the Platform during de demo term.  

Signalit will process the personal data during the term of the demo, and, once the demo period is terminated, the data will be blocked for the necessary period to comply with Signalit’ s legal obligations. At the end of this term, the data will be definitively deleted. 

Candidate Data. If the Candidate wishes to apply for a position, Signalit will process the name, surname, email, CV, academic and professional data, as well as recruitment data.

Recruitment and selection: Evaluate and communicate with job applicants.

Personal data will be retained for one year, in compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation.

Commercial Communications. If the interested party wishes to receive commercial communications, Signalit will process the name, surname and the email.

To carry out marketing communications. To inform about events, reports and other services available on the Web Site.

This data will be used for as long as the User remains subscribed to commercial communications. If you choose to unsubscribe, all your personal data collected for this function will be blocked in order to comply with Signalit legal obligations and, after this period, will be definitively deleted.

3. To which recipients will your data be disclosed?  

We process your personal data confidentially in accordance with current legislation. Unless otherwise stated, your personal data will not be provided to third parties.

• Analytical service providers

• Marketing service providers

For all entities that are not part of the European Economic Area (EEA), Signalit has entered into contracts with such entities that include such safeguards, including the European Commission's model clauses. 

Users may obtain more information about technology service providers by requesting the same from Signalit through the means of contact provided in this privacy policy.

• Any company interested in buying or acquiring the company or a part of its business and, accordingly, give access to any national or international auditor to perform its due diligence.

• We may make the data available to authorities to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, or of Signalit’ s policies.

• We require that all third parties respect the security of your personal data and process it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Signalit undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures in accordance with the applicable regulations in order to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorized communication of or access to such data. Personal data shall be processed as confidential by Signalit, which undertakes to inform and to ensure by a legal or contractual obligation that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, partners, and any person to whom it makes the information accessible.

5. Data protection rights 

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and, if applicable, limitation of processing and portability of data by sending an email to legal@onum.com. 

Furthermore, the User may lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, and in particular, to the Agencia Española de Protección de datos (www.aepd.es) if the User considers that the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if the User considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the applicable regulations.

6. Changes of this Privacy Policy 

Signalit reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User through a notice on the Website, together with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
